Design Tip: Exterior Painting! Light-colored exterior walls, which reflect heat, are most suitable for hot summers and moderate winters.
Workers showed up on time and work was finished as promised. Very courteous. I would use Rubens painting in the future for other projects.
After priming has been accomplished, removing old caulking is necessary that is showing separation on one edge if not both. If new caulk is covered up over old, which is showing separation, new long term caulk will not last near the warranty either. Best to use a razor knife, cutting old caulk out. Using a wet or damp cloth wiping new caulk bead, smooths edge, giving a nice transition at 90 degree angles from wood trim to siding.
Fortunately, paint is an inexpensive option for making over a room and it can be easily changed. If you find that you do not like a color, you can easily paint over it.
If we set the average cost for an interior paint job at $1.50 to $3.50 per square feet, then a 2000 square-feet home should cost between $3000 and $7000, depending on how much your painters charge.

He even did the ceiling + moulds for an additional price (which was an amazing deal by the way).
If you do decide to make it a full-time business, the sky’s the limit. The house flipper/contractor that I worked for billed clients $35 per hour for painting, and paid his best painters perhaps half of that, so there is room for some profit there. Consider the case of Matt Shoup, who started with $100 and went door-to-door, asking neighbors if they needed some painting done, then built a painting business that earns $2.5 million per year!
We had a full interior paint job done for one of our rental properties, I'm amazed with how efficient the team was during the whole process, and they were able to complete it on time prior to putting it back on the market for rent. I have already recommended Superior painter to friends and family, I have zero hesitation in using them again! Thank you Jimmy and Kevin for the great work! :)read more

We hired Ruben and his crew to paint the interior of our new home. They did a wonderful job and I was impressed. His crew painted roughly 1600 Sq ft of our home in two days. I'm pleased with the results, especially when reviewing his pricing.
So there you go. An amateur’s guide to painting a house. Really the best way to learn how to do something is by doing it. Don’t be afraid to tackle that big paint project. – Josh
It’s been a long journey! You’re finally ready to apply the first coat of paint. Start from the highest point of your house, applying the paint in straight, even strokes that follow the layout of your siding (vertical strokes on vertical siding and horizontal strokes on horizontal siding). Remember — less is more during house painting as a thick, heavy hand may cause drips or uneven application.
It is also important to know the season your newly-acquired home was painted since the weather condition when your house was painted can change how well the paint dried.
