My house is 11 years old and was in need of a paint job. Great Plain's team made my house look better than it did when it was brand new. They (team of four) spent almost one day prepping: washing, caulking, taping, and then finished Everything the next day. I am so please. I'll certainly recommend Great Plains and their team to others. Thanks Stetson, Miguel, and the team for everything.
The prep work is meticulous, they carefully protect surfaces not meant to be painted, including my beautiful Cordyline plants that touch the wall. They even taped plastic over my cement floor backyard. The quality of the work is great, I don't see any flaws in the paint job, and the paint is quick drying with no overwhelming paint smell. They fixed any minor flaws with the surfaces, applying patches and re-stuccoing as needed. My house looks new again!

Painting the interior of the average two-bedroom house generally costs between $3,000 and $4,000. Most two-bedroom homes are only one story, making the job much easier and less time-consuming. That means you can expect to pay less in both labor and material costs. Additionally, most two-bedroom homes will only have one bathroom or an additional half bath, which will be much easier to paint than two or more full bathrooms.
I hired a painting company to paint my house and garage. Price was about $5,000.Sherwin Williams paint T-1000. When he was questioned about the paint peeling two days after he painted the garage he quit even with a contract not a very professional person. So,now I have to find someone else to paint my house. After 3 weeks of them trying to paint around the rain. The original time frame was 3-4 days.Yes 3 weeks and all that got done was a small two car garage that could have been done in two days.I know he did not prep correctly and properly I will end up having to redo the garage. I went to Sherwin Williams and got the colors. So beware even with a contract and good references. What ever colors you plan to use on your exterior, and they are different than the one's you currently have, it is a great idea to put a large 3' X 3' swath of paint color on the field portion, and other large sample on the trim. Reason for these larger samples is that our minds find it difficult imagining the entire exterior with new color scheme.

The crew was courteous and on time. They did a good job protecting our new flooring and cabinetry. The edges of the paint were sharp and it was hard to find areas that needed to be touched up. After they were done, they left without leaving a trace.
