Winter months are much slower for exterior painting in the Denver Colorado area, as it is generally not on the forefront of most minds as in Springtime. However having warm dry days with temperatures reaching in the high 50's low 60's, exterior painting can be accomplished in all 12 months, year around, as weather conditions cooperate, allowing paint to properly dry.
Wow what a huge project to take on! My sister just bought a house and will likely be doing something like this (painting most or all of it) before she moves in…I’ll definitely be sharing this with her! Jeanine February 25, 2015 .
We just completed our third job with Three Brothers. Their office is professional: appointments and billing are organized and dependable. The work is great – if there are any imperfections, the crew is happy to fix them. The crews are respectful and friendly and the prices are fair for the work. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Always make sure not to rub too hard or to use an abrasive sponge or cleanser, as this may dull the finish, particularly on flat paint.
Professional Reputation: A company is best represented by its former clients. Ask your contractor if they have references available, or if it'd be possible to drive by a job they previously completed. You'll also want to research the company online to see if they have positive reviews on online ratings sites, as well as their reputation with the BBB.
Oh man, I have an entire house to paint and this post just slapped me back into reality of how much work it is. I am obsessed with that mint colored door though! Alexandria February 25, 2015
The weather and climate of your locality can also have a great impact on your paint and affect how long your exterior house painting job lasts. For instance, if your home doesn’t have trees to shelter your house, its paint may fade away more quickly than a home surrounded by trees.
Apartment painting projects normally have lower square footage totals compared to entire homes.

Great Plains is a Great bunch of people. Allegra did a very thorough walk around with me and wrote up a professional estimate unlike some other companies that just shot me a price. She also provided me with a nice folder containing pictures of previous clients, different options available to save on cost as well as their insurance policy. We ended up agreeing on what I thought was a very reasonable price as I told her I was on a pretty tight budget. Brett and Stetson arrived the next week and did a Great job painting my home. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The Phinney Ridge Painting website has a catchy homepage with sliding pictures of different home painting themes. The designers have played around with the text fonts throughout the page to create special emphasis on certain words. Some texts are larger, of a different font color, italicized, capitalized or bolded, but this inconsistency doesn’t hurt the design theme.
For this step, you’ll need: Exterior house paint, a sprayer, paintbrushes, and rollers.
Many different factors affect how long it takes to paint a home’s interior. For an average 2,500 sq.ft. house, you can expect the process to take anywhere from three to five days. Overall, time depends on if you’re only painting the walls or if you’re also working on the ceilings, windows, doors, and moldings.
